Due to high demand for our services, it would be appreciated if you could please let us know at your earliest convenience that you need to cancel your appointment.
IMPORTANT: Please give 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment with Allied Health or Chronic Disease Nurses and 3 hours notice for all other Health Practitioners. Otherwise a non-attendance or late cancellation fee of $60 applies.
For patients who do not have a valid Medicare card, or who are visitors from overseas, these fees are subject to change at the Doctor’s discretion:
