At Health Hub Doctors Morayfield, we are always looking for ways to improve patient experience and access to quality health care. Virtual Receptionist, Sarah will assist with patient enquiries, reducing phone queues and wait times. This will free up our receptionist’s time to assist you in other ways.

How will Sarah assist the team?

Virtual Receptionist Sarah can help with booking your appointment, reducing phone queues, allowing patients to access help sooner. Sarah is designed to assist the team, not replace the team.

Please note, the use of Sarah is completely optional- you will be prompted when calling the clinic if you would like to speak to Sarah, Virtual Receptionist or wait on hold to speak to one of our friendly receptionists.

Note: If Sarah is unable to assist with your request, she will transfer you to one of our friendly receptionists.

Sarah cannot make clinical decisions.
